This Dollar Tree was great for finding items tobe used when making clay objects: textures, shapes, funnels, holiday items. Very busy ona Saturday afternoon.

Even though Iknow the prices creptup, it's still agreat experience. Ionly take one star away for that cranky clerk (hope they got rid ofher) that used totry totell people toreturn their carriages tothe right spot. Who does that? We're not inyour house! Yeah, itmight berude and lazy for acustomer toNOT return itcorrectly, but that's not the way you handleit. Really gone down hill. Nocustomer service anymore. Employees don't know how tomake announcements, let alone speak tothe customer with a“how are you” or“have anice day” anymore. Very slow atringing. Just unfortunate.

I used tolive inCheshire and went tothis Dollar Tree all the time. Imoved and was visiting mymom and had topick upa few things forher. Itwas Saturday morning and the store was amess. Things were just thrown all over the place. Then when Icheckedout, the cashier was texting through her smart watch while ringing meup and when finishing with the previous customer.

This isone ofthe worst stores togoto! Italways seems tobe amess with product taking uphalf the aisles sitting oncarts instead ofthe shelves. And they always have only one register open even when it’s busy.
The older woman currently working asa manager (I’m assuming) isone ofthe rudest employees Ihave encountered there. She should not beworking inretail and beable totalk tocustomers. There were atleast 15customers waiting inline for ONE open register. Another customer askedabout opening upa second register. The manager kept walking towards the back all but ignoring the customer saying “as soon asI can get someone Iwill. We’re short staffed. Nobody wants towork.” 20minutes goby Iam STILL inline but finally atthe register and had just put mystuff onthe belt when the same woman comes and hops onanother register, ofcourse when it’s too late forme. Ilook behind meand counted another 20costumers waiting going all the way tothe open doors totheir back room. Absolutely ridiculous!! The manager has the nerve tosay tous all inthe rudest tone that “the truck ismore important”!!!! Iwas soshocked. Ithought customers were importanttoo! Even ifthe truck ismore important don’t say that toall ofus that have been waiting 20+ minutes tocheck out with our 5items. Maybe start off byapologizing for the long wait. Iam usually very understanding and patient especially inthe times weare living. And Iget that EVERYONE isshort staffed but the way that manager handled and spoke tocustomers was soextremely inappropriate. Iwill beavoiding this location atall costs.… – show00
