Looking at the opening moments of 15h and yarn's youtube video titled "How I reached Skyblock Level 200 in 2 months", it appears that when he opens a jerry box his cursor defaults to hovering over the jerry box rather than the dead center of his screen. Does anyone know of a qol mod that does this?
I find it annoying how low my cursor spawns in guis.

its sba or neu but whichever one it is its very buggy
like half the time it just doesnt care

Well I decided to search it up to try to find it..
and I just found myself.
So err... yea idk what to tell u. Considering I asked the person to dm me means I couldn't send it over forums which means it was probably a cheat mod.
I'd guess it was misaka.
idk tho i forgot.

I have both sba and neu and I have tried all four combinations of on/off for their respective cursor settings. Nothing changes.

No that's different, that doesn't reset ur cursor if ur say clicking on ur wardrobe in the sb menu.
The jerry thing is a feature in a cheat mod that was moved into a standalone mod without the rest of the cheats so its now a "legit" mod, kinda like HSM.

if you properly time it you can get your cursor to default onto the jerry box and open it instantly upon opening the menu, I found it to be more hassle trying to consistently replicate it over just normally opening them.

my 1.20.4 skyblock modpack has this feature
not sure if it's mc or any mod, but it seems to work all the time

Yeah I don't want to touch anything related to cheating. But the feature I'm describing is a qol thing, so it makes sense that it could live in a legitimate mod.
Do you have a name or a link you could point me to? You mentioned misaka but this was all I could find:
